Important Information
Membership Cancellation Policy:
12-Month Contracts: To cancel your membership, a 30-day notice is required. When submitting the cancellation form, a $50 cancellation fee and 70% of the remaining contract amount will be charged.
No Contract: For memberships without a contract, a 30-day notice is still required. Depending on when you submit the cancellation form, you may be charged for an additional month due to the notice period.
Please note that regardless of membership type, cancellation is not possible if there is an outstanding account balance.
Freeze Policy:
Freeze Form: To freeze your membership, a Freeze Form must be completed and submitted to the front desk at least 10 days prior to the desired freeze start date.
Freeze Limit: You can freeze your membership up to two times a year, with each freeze lasting for 30 days.
Account Balance: Please note that freezing is not possible if there is an outstanding account balance.
