I have been involved in sports, health and fitness my entire life. I have power lifted and competed in bodybuilding. I've gone as far as completely letting myself go, so I could better relate to clients who struggle getting started climbing the ladder of success. I have trained all types of people including professional bodybuilders, extremely overweight, firefighters and people who just need to loose a few pounds. I created The Sanctuary Gym to be a haven, a safe place of refuge. The Sanctuary Gym is a place where you can free your mind of the chaos in your life. A place to strengthen your mind, body and soul.
